With this brief message, we want you to know what precautions and actions the Sibelius team is taking to prioritise the health and wellbeing of the employees, customers and partners whilst managing business continuity.
We apply the highest standard of cleanliness and hygiene at Sibelius Natural Products. We have provided all the hygiene requirements for hand washing and we have increased the routine cleaning of frequently touched hard surfaces, including laboratories.
- Following the advice of health authorities
After carefully considering the World Health Organization and government guidelines for the Coronavirus, we have decided to allow our employees to work from home. Furthermore, we have rescheduled all meetings so they are convened online.
- Reorganisation of laboratories activities
Further actions have been taken with regards to our R&D and Quality Control laboratories. We have implemented safety measures in order to keep our laboratories working with the maximum normality that the situation allows.
- Supplies guaranteed worldwide
Notwithstanding the critical situation, we want to guarantee our customers and partners that enough supplies of our ingredients will be available worldwide.
